JL54 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

1. Definitions

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on JL54. 3. Account Rules

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your JL54 account. JL54 will not be held liable for losses resulting from a member's failure to maintain account security.

3.2 Suspected Unauthorised Access

If you believe your JL54 account has been accessed without your permission, contact JL54 customer support immediately. We will take steps to secure your account while the matter is investigated. Do not delay — reporting quickly minimises the risk of losses.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

JL54 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, involved in suspicious activity, or where the member has not completed required identity verification steps within a reasonable timeframe. Where an account is closed for a breach, any balance may be forfeited subject to the specific circumstances of the case.

3.4 Account Closure on Request

If you wish to close your JL54 account voluntarily, contact customer support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered Philippine payment channel after any applicable verification steps are completed. Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements will not be paid out upon closure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

JL54 accepts deposits through GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and Visa or Mastercard bank cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine pesos. JL54 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or cryptocurrency.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed only to payment accounts registered in the same name as the JL54 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. 4.4 Processing Times

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses and promotional offers available on JL54 are subject to wagering requirements. 8. Intellectual Property

All content on the JL54 platform — including but not limited to the JL54 brand name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics and interfaces, odds displays, promotional materials, and text content — is the intellectual property of JL54 or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use JL54 content for any commercial purpose without written permission.

Your access to JL54 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting activity only. This licence does not transfer any ownership rights to you and is immediately revoked upon termination of your JL54 account for any reason.

9. Limitation of Liability
